Production
Thanks to a modern billing computer system equipped with barcode reading on each individual vehicle, we can guarantee perfect management of traceability and traceability: every invoice, even immediately initiated, will have identified the code and batch of the product sold.
Through this system it is possible to check the production carried out, which ingredients have been used and how many customers that batch has been sold to.
Production stability is instead guaranteed by special systems equipped with a PLC for the management of both the cooking temperature and the processing speed, for the dosage of the dough, and finally for the total quantity of production.
